Lady Gaga graces the cover of Vogue’s Special 120th anniversary issue!

She wore a stunning Marc Jacobs purple gown, for her second appearance on the mags cover. The inside photos get more risque, as the pop star wears nothing but a hat!

The issue marks Lady Gaga's second appearance  on the cover (she also covered the March 2011 issue  and Vogue's 120th anniversary. It's also the biggest issue in the magazine's history.
